Your booking page
People pick a time on your calendar, and arrive as somebody who booked a call.
People pick a time on your calendar, and the call goes on it with a Google Meet link. They arrive in Kicklace as somebody who booked a call.
Setting it up
Settings → Booking. Your page takes its times from your Google Calendar, so connect that first. Then choose how long a call is and your hours for each day, turn on Taking bookings, and copy your link.
Everybody in a workspace has a page of their own.
What people see
The days with a time left in the next three weeks, and each day's times, in their own time zone. The soonest time is four hours away. Anything busy on your calendar is left out, and so is a call that's already booked.
They give their name and email, and can add a note.
When somebody books
- The call goes on your Google Calendar with both your names and a Google Meet link.
- Google sends them the invitation.
- They arrive in Kicklace as somebody who booked a call, with their note on their timeline. They're on no list: booking a call isn't agreeing to be emailed.
- You hear about it in Kicklace.
- If a stop on your Lifecycle is reached by a booking, they're put there and its emails start.
Cancelling
The page they booked on and the calendar invitation both carry a link where they can cancel. You can cancel from Coming up, under your page. Either way the call comes off your calendar and Google tells them.
