Terms of service.
The short version of what you agree to when you use Kicklace.
- The agreement
- These terms are an agreement between you and Kicklace. Using a Kicklace workspace means you accept them. They are deliberately short. If anything is unclear, ask and we will clarify.
- Pricing
- Kicklace is free for early customers while we build it with them. When that changes, you will be told before you are charged, and the pricing page will show the price.
- Acceptable use
- Only email people who opted in. Kicklace's consent rules are part of these terms. No purchased lists, no cold outreach, and nothing illegal. Kicklace may suspend a workspace that breaks this and will tell you why.
- Your data
- You own what you put in. Export any view as CSV and any record as a file at any time. Ask to close a workspace and it is deleted, along with everything in it.
- Availability and liability
- We will keep Kicklace running, tell you when something breaks, and give notice before any change that could lose your data. Kicklace is an early product provided as is, without warranty. Our liability is limited to what you have paid for it.
- Cancellation
- Either side can end this at any time. Email fallmichael60@gmail.com, download your export, and the workspace is removed.
- Changes
- These terms will change as Kicklace grows. Workspace owners are emailed about any material change before it takes effect.
