Privacy policy.

What Kicklace stores, for how long, who can see it, and how to get a copy or delete it.

Workspace data: A workspace holds the records its owner adds: people and organizations, their fields, the timeline of what happened, the lists they subscribed to with the exact wording they agreed to, and the emails Kicklace sent them. Workspace data belongs to that workspace. Kicklace does not sell it or use it for anything else, and one workspace can never see another.
This website: One anonymous ID stored in your browser (localStorage, no cookies, no fingerprinting) to count visits, the pages you open, and how you arrived: a referrer or a campaign parameter, if there is one. That becomes an anonymous record in Kicklace's own workspace. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared with advertising networks.

Waitlist signups: Your name, email address, what you wrote, the time, and the IP address it was sent from. Joining subscribes you to one list, Waitlist, and the sentence you agreed to is shown on the form and stored word for word. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Retention: Each workspace chooses how long to keep anonymous visitors. Everything else is kept until the workspace deletes it or closes. Waitlist signups are kept until your workspace opens or you ask us to remove them.
Who can see it: The members of that workspace, and Michael, who runs Kicklace and can open a workspace to fix a problem. No one else has access.
Export and deletion: Every record has an Export button that downloads everything stored about that person as one file, and a Delete button that removes the record and everything linked to it. If you are not a member of the workspace, email fallmichael60@gmail.com and we will do it for you.
Third-party services: Vercel hosts the app, Neon hosts the database, Resend delivers email, and Google runs the AI model that builds charts and automations. The model receives the structure of your workspace (object, field, stage, list, and template names) and what you typed, never your records. Nothing you put in Kicklace is used to train AI models. No advertising networks.
